Apply the required amount of hydrophilic makeup remover balm to the outer side of your palm so that the balm melts a little. Using your fingers, apply it to your face and gently massage the skin until the sherbet turns into an oil. Add a little water and continue massaging the skin until the cosmetics are completely dissolved. Rinse off any remaining product and pat your face dry with a towel.
